HOW TO USE
In a non-metallic mixing bowl, prepare one measure of the BOLD BLOND bleaching powder for two measures of OX-CREAM 10-20-30 or 40 volumes.
For the freehand technique: prepare one powder measure for a measure and a half of the OX-CREAM, in order to obtain a denser texture. Apply the product immediately after preparation. After reaching the desired tone, remove the entire product with water and shampoo.
